Gleeson Collegeに通う Kahara君から、レポートが届きました。
These days, we can see the stars in the sky at night. It was very beautiful and I was happy to see that we aren’t able to see stars in Japan because of the lights in town. Of course I couldn’t see polar star because I’m now in south hemisphere. However, I could have seen Orion and It was glad to see the stars I know.
I have finished the assignments from some subjects and we are doing new things so this time I want to talk about what we are doing in the class now.
In science, we did the experiment of titration. I’ve already done in Japan but in here, we used drinks instead of using chemical substances.
We filmed a short movie in English class. We are now learning film techniques and we had to use some techniques in our original film.
For P.E, we’ve created a personal activity plan and did fitness work in gym. We had to plan which fitness to improve from the fitness test we had.
These are all lessons which I think that we can’t learn in Japan.
For weekends, we went to fishing, watched car drifts, and watched movie.
We caught about 10 fishes in total and we had had it for dinner. It is really good to eat the fish you’ve got!
As I wrote in the blog before, my host brother likes car and he took me to watch the car drifts. I also like car so I had a really good time.
For the movie, we watched “black panther”. It was little challenge for me to watch the English movie without a subtitle but I could barely understand and the action scene was intense and cool so I actually enjoyed it.
I have got only 3 weeks to go!
It’s been really fast!
See you soon!
See you soon’
