アメリカ、フロリダのタンパにあるラウンドスクエア校、Carrollwood Day Schoolから高等学校に交換留学生を迎えました。交換留学生は、生徒の家庭にホームステイをし、一緒に登下校し、本校生徒同様に授業に出席します。タンパからの留学生、アーロンがクラスの日誌に書いた文章です。
I landed in Tokyo on November 5th for my school's cultural exchange program. I didn't choose Japan for a specific reason, but now I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I've seen places that I never imagined I would see and been places I never thought I would go. I've tried amazing foods, and seen crazy places like Mount Fuji. Luckily, I've been able to meet so many new people and make some amazing new friends. Hopefully, I'll remember this experience for the rest of my life. Thank you to everyone I've met and had the pleasure of getting to knwo along the way.
