【John Paul 2026】オーストラリア３か月留学日記23

I visited John Paul College International in Brisbane yesterday.

I was delighted to meet our four exchange students there, as well as T, who graduated from our junior high school and is now in Year 12 after continuing his studies in Australia. It was wonderful to see everyone again. They all looked great in their uniforms, and their growth and confidence made them seem almost like different people from when they first left Japan. Seeing how much they have matured was truly encouraging.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the teachers at John Paul College for their warm welcome and support.

ブリスベンのJohn Paul International College を訪問し、4名の留学生、1名の卒業生と会ってきました。朝、6時に到着したら快晴で夏のブリスベン、着替えて、お昼時間に学校へ到着。John Paulの制服を着ていた彼らは現地の生徒かと思うほど、顔つきも変わって環境に馴染んで成長していました。

その後、卒業生で現12年生のTさんに校内を案内してもらいました。とにかく広大で高校の校舎は見えません。Tさんの工学院での同級生はこの3日に卒業式を迎えました。その様子を知らせることが出来て良かったです。途中から雷が鳴り、雨が降ってきました。

John Paul College はインターナショナルの校舎が別になっているのですが、それで秩序が保たれているし、毎年課外での現地生との活動が増えているのでどんどん参加してほしいとおっしゃっていました。
