こんにちは。オーストラリアでの生活も、残り一週間、グッドフライデーの次の金曜を残しオーストラリアでの休日は終わってしまいました。
来週の金曜日に日本に帰国することが信じられないです。中国人のクラスメートともやっと仲良くなってきていたのに加え、オーストラリアでの生活が普通と思えるほど馴染んできたので、とても残念です。しかし、今週の週末は、最後の週末だったので、楽しいことがたくさんありました。
友人。
土曜日もまたまたパーティーでした。今度はホストファザーの会社のパーティーでした。このパーティーでは、まず皆でローンボール大会をしました。ローンボールとは芝でやるボーリングのようなものです。ここでは詳しく説明できないので、ウィキペディアで調べて下さい。私も参加したのですが、前にやったときよりずっとひどかったです。
その後、皆でパーティー会場に移動し、食事をしながらたくさんお話しました。このパーティーは様々な人と話す良い機会でした。
日曜日はブリスベンの街に行きました。まず最初にブリスベンの街を一望できるマウントクーサ展望台に行きました。ブリスベンの街は高層ビルがほとんどなく、また川が蛇のように走っていました。次にシティーホッパーという船でサウスバンクという場所に行きました。この船は観光客のために運行しており無料です。前にも言った通り、ブリスベンは川が蛇のように走っているため、船もバスのように、一つの交通手段として利用されています。そしてサウスバンクには川の横にウォーターパークがありました。私はここでは泳ぎませんでしたが、活気に溢れていました。
最後にウォーターパークの近くのストリートにあった、アイスクリーム屋さんでアイスを食べました。この店はアイスクリームを作るときに液体窒素を使っていました。私はマンゴーフレーバーを食べたのですが、とてもなめらかで美味しかったです。
このように、今週末は最後にふさわしい週末を過ごせました。残り少しのオーストラリアでの生活、悔いなく終えたいです。
Hello! This Australian life is one week left. All holiday finished without next Friday. I can’t believe I will go back to Japan next Saturday. I’m very disappointed. Because these days get close to other Chinese students. Furthermore, these days I become feel Australian life is normal. But this last weekend of my stay, I had many interesting things. Firstly, last Friday, we had a birthday party of host family’s daughter and grandson. Every family together my stay house. Three grandson’s friends came. So including me, all children played in the pool until diner time. Off course, birthday dinner was feast. They roasted enormous rum meat in house oven, I think it can’t see in Japan. On Saturday was party too. It was host father’s company’s party. First of all, we did a lawn bowls competition. I can’t explain about lawn bowls here, so please search in the Wikipedia. I joined it, but this time was worse than last time. After that, we moved to party venue, and I talked much time during this party. It was good opportunity to talk with many people. On Sunday, this day was not party. We went to Brisbane city. At the beginning, we went to Mt Coot-tha observatory. There can see whole Brisbane city.
I saw very beautiful view. Brisbane hasn’t many skyscrapers. Also, Brisbane has big river like a snake. Next, we went to Southbank by city hopper. This ship is for tourists. It is free service. Also Brisbane has a big river like a snake, so ship is one of the important transport. Moreover, Southbank has waterpark beside the Brisbane River. I didn’t swim there, but it was full of bounce. Lastly, I ate the ice cream on the street of near the waterpark. This ice cream shop used liquid nitrogen when they make ice cream. I ate mango flavor. It was very smooth and delicious. In this way, this weekend was appropriate to the last weekend. I want to spend nothing regret more a few days in Australia.
