Hello!
It's been about a month since I came to Brisbane City, Australia.Today I talk about life in Australia.
On the first day, I went shopping with my host sister. The host sister was very kind so I wasn't too nervous. The only thing that made me nervous was that she was beautiful. There, we took photos at a photo booth and I went to an Asian store called "Sunny Bank". The next day, I went to a nail salon for the first time. I was happy because I had many first-time experiences. At home, I was playing Switch with my host brother. Although I can't speak English, I was able to become friends through the game. I also went to the Gold Coast, played basketball, went to the museum, and played pool. On Sunday, I will go to church. I went to the largest church in Brisbane City. In Brisbane City, I went up to the 23rd floor of a building. The view was so beautiful that I could see all of Brisbane City. I like the atmosphere of Brisbane City at night.

School started after 1 week. I go to a school called JPIC.The teachers are very kind and my friends are friendly. It's awesome. At first, I talked to a Korean boy. He spoke very good English and I was nervous. The only English I could speak was, "How do you say this in Korean?" I learned a lot of Korean this way. I talked to a Taiwanese girl during morning tea. She is my best friend and we still spend time together. I have so much fun learning Chinese and English every day. At school, you can learn Math, English, and PE. I like PE the most because the teacher is interesting and I can swim. There are a lot of crazy people in my class, so I have fun every day. I have a lot of homework, but I don't have to worry because my host family help me. I'm really grateful. Host mother makes food, it is very yummy. At classroom, if I don't speak a lot, I won't be able to participate well in class. In Japanese schools, it is basic to be quiet, but in this school it is important to talk a lot. Little by little, I have been able to speak up and am enjoying the class. I enjoy school here so much that I don't want to go back to Japan. My classmates also said they didn't want me to go home. I feel happy. After the midterm test, there was an awards ceremony. I was very surprised to receive the award.
My hostfamily have many relatives. So, on my days off, I go to discos and attend parties. On Valentine's Day, I made origami bouquets and gave them to my host family. I'm glad that they liked it so much. My host family will teach me everything and will also they learn Japanese.

Australia is a lot of nature. There are many birds outside. There are birds walking on the road and birds eating dog food on the balcony. There are geckos and spiders living in the house. The house is very well protected:)
There were a variety of people from Australia, China, and Taiwan, and I was surprised by the cultural differences. The most fun part was learning about each other's culture. I was surprised to Chinese New Year is celebrated in Australia. I would like to use the words my host family taught me such as "what the hell?" and "good day mite." I'm still a little nervous to say it. I want to do my best at my own pace.
I have a lot more to say, but I'll stop here. Thank you very much for reading. Have a nice day!!
